We ship all over India.
International shipping is also available (charges vary by country).
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.
During festivals, high volume, or sale periods, dispatch may take extra time.
Domestic orders: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
International orders: 10–20 days depending on customs and location.
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen issues. These are not under our control.
No COD available.
Shipping charges apply for overseas orders.
Custom Taxes/Duties (if any) are decided by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
International shipping partners: FedEx / UPS / DHL / Aramex.
Freight charges (India & International) are extra.
GST is extra on all wholesale orders.
Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel isn’t received, customers must raise a complaint with the courier company.
Viigobella will assist but is not responsible for courier-side issues.
