Refund policy

At Viigobella (GV Creation), we ensure quality products and transparent service. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Store Credit Only (No Refunds)

We do not offer refunds.
For approved cases, we provide store credit points redeemable on future purchases within 45 days.

2. Eligibility for Store Credit

Store credit is issued only for manufacturing defects.
Not eligible for store credit:

  • Size issues

  • Color/light variations

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product selection

  • Discounted items

  • Accessories

  • Customized or altered items

3. Mandatory Proof

To claim store credit:

  • Share a proper unboxing video from start to end

  • Clear photos showing the defect

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

Requests without proof cannot be processed.

4. Process

  • After verification, store credit points will be issued to your Viigobella account/registered WhatsApp.

  • You can use these points on any product within 45 days.

  • Once expired, points cannot be reactivated.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after they are processed or shipped.
